RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS:
You have the right to make a complaint, get an exchange or a refund (in accordance with the terms listed in our policy) for each item you purchase on our web shop.
Complaints regarding unused purchased items:
We shall replace purchased items within 14 days from the day the items were purchased. We cannot make a replacement after that. The buyer is obliged to ensure the delivery of items to the address from which he/she received the package. Along with the package, the buyer is obligated to prepare a written explanation of what he/she wants in exchange with details. We shall make the replacement within 14 days from receiving the package. The buyer must enclose the invoice with the refund request. We do not reimburse the paid costs of postage or packaging for replacements or the costs of delivery services, but only the value of the goods (purchased items).
We shall refund the money within 14 days from the day the items were purchased. The buyer is obligated to request a refund in writing and state the number of the current bank account to which the money must be reimbursed. The buyer must enclose the invoice with the refund request. We do not reimburse the paid costs of postage or packaging for replacements or the costs of delivery services, but only the value of the items.
The buyer is obliged to physically inspect the product upon receipt and report visible defects within 14 days. We do not accept subsequent complaints about the appearance of the product.
We shall not exchange or refund money in the following cases:
- products that have been used and are still functional.
- genital protectors and dental protectors with no exceptions (for hygienic reasons).
- products purchased with a defect (if the defect was duly stated at the time of sale) or on sale.
- free products or products that have not been paid for yet.
Returned items must be neatly packaged in the original packaging with the invoice included.
In situations where we suspect the possibility of misuse of these benefits, we reserve the right to investigate the matter and respond in writing to the request within 14 days of receiving the request.
Our employees are strictly prohibited from verbally explaining or interpreting any request or solution to your request. Therefore, we ask customers for their understanding when contacting and submitting requests to our employees. We shall resolve each of your requests safely and as quickly as possible. To solve it quickly and successfully to your satisfaction, we ask for your understanding. Our complaint and refund terms are by far the best on the market in the area of our operations.
Upon return or replacement, the products must be in the original packaging in which the customers received the goods at the time of purchase, neatly packaged. In the event that the customer insists on a replacement without packaging, we shall charge additional costs for products without packaging in the amount of 20% of the value of the product.
In case the product is untidy, dirty, rearranged, altered, shortened, extended or similar, or if it differs from the condition in which it was purchased, we shall not approve its exchange or refund.
Complaints regarding used items purchased
In case the products become non-functional during use within 30 days, the buyer has the right to complain. The buyer is obliged to ensure the delivery of goods to the address from which he/she received the package. The buyer must enclose the invoice with the request. We reserve the right to inspect the product and the possibility to make the product ready for use within 30 days. In case we are not able to do so, the customer shall receive the same product. If we do not have the same product in stock, the most similar to that product (in terms of price and group) shall be provided.
If the buyer is not satisfied with the used item purchased, he/she is entitled to a price reduction when purchasing an item the buyer believes would satisfy him/her. In such case, we shall subjectively determine the price reduction.
It is not possible to get a refund for used items purchased.
We do not accept complaints for products that were used but are still functional.
We do not accept any types of complaints or requests for products purchased more than 30 calendar days ago (except for products where this type of warranty is specifically stated and certified).
Requests for replacement of goods, refunds or complaints are considered exclusively on weekdays, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Outside of that time, we may receive your request but cannot respond to it. Requests, together with the goods, can be sent by mail or delivery services or brought in person to our address.
To reiterate: for every item you buy in our web shop, you have the right to make a complaint and get a refund according to the conditions specified in our regulations. We kindly ask our valued customers to abide by the rules and to understand that we made the rules just for them so that they can fully enjoy the products they purchase from us.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, we inform customers that they have the right to complain in writing to the following address: LMK international d.o.o., Maksimirska 103, 10000 Zagreb. We shall respond to your complaint in writing within 15 days from receiving the complaint.
A. I. INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
You can terminate the contract unilaterally within 14 days without giving a reason. In order to be able to unilaterally terminate a contract, you must notify us of your decision to do so before the deadline by an unequivocal statement sent by mail, fax or e-mail, stating your name, address, telephone number, fax or e-mail address, and you can also use the attached example of the form for unilateral termination of the contract from Part B of this Annex.
The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day: (it is necessary to choose one of the options)
(a) »when the goods that are the subject of the contract were handed over to you or to a third party designated by you other than the carrier»,
- when a sales contract is concluded
(b) »when the last piece or the last shipment of goods were handed over to you or to a third party designated by you other than the carrier»
- when a sales contract is concluded relating to several pieces of goods delivered separately, or when goods are delivered in several parts or several shipments
(c) »when the first item or the first shipment of goods was handed over to you or to a third party designated by you other than the carrier»
- if regular delivery of goods has been agreed for a certain period of time
Refund of the amount paid
If you unilaterally terminate this contract, we shall refund the money we received from you, including shipping costs, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract unless you chose another type of delivery that is not the cheapest standard delivery we had offered.
The refund shall be made in the same manner as the payment. In the event that you agree to a different refund, you shall not incur any costs in relation to the refund.
We can make a refund only after the goods are returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you have sent the goods back to us.
Return of goods
Return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay no later than 14 days from the day you sent us your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract.
You are considered to have fulfilled your obligation on time if you send or hand over the goods to us before the expiry of the above deadline.
Costs of returning goods
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Consumer liability for impaired value of goods
You are responsible for any impairment of the value of goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than those necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Liability for material defects
Liability for material defects shall be resolved in accordance with the Law on Obligations.

The products in this catalogue are manufactured with care and help protect you to a certain degree, but they do not guarantee injury prevention. Persons using the products in this catalogue must take full responsibility for all risks of injury, including fatal injuries. The manufacturer or the distributor shall not be held liable for any injury or death caused by the use of the products in this catalogue.
99% of equipment is destroyed by improper and forceful use, improper putting on and taking off and similar. We ask users to use, put on and take off the products very carefully, otherwise the products get needlessly damaged and we shall not be able to accept your complaint due to intentional destruction.
Over time and through usage, the materials used to manufacture our products lose some of their properties and the products need to be replaced. Martial arts series products are subject to extreme wear and tear which is why they change more often.
Mouth guards, as well as all products related to teeth, such as toothbrushes, dentures or similar, must be hygienically cared for and replaced up to every three months for hygienic reasons and must be kept in boxes provided for hygienic maintenance and the boxes themselves. If necessary, they should be rinsed in liquids provided for these purposes (with doctor’s recommendations).
